What's a cord, or city cord?

A cord = 4ft x 8ft x 4ft stack of logs. One-tenth of a cord is a CITY CORD. Our city cord consists of 15 bundles, yielding 105-150 logs.

How much will I need?

A bundle of 7-10 logs lasts a household 1 evening, perhaps 2.

From where is the wood cut?

Mature forests in the Catskills.
Our harvesters do not cut from protected or endangered wood.
